Aww man. Awesome question. Uhhh -

Okay, I pretty much already do whatever seems appropriate, back home and here. But if I really had time and resources - like, if I wasn't busy with my back-home project, running half a billion tests on my medical nanobots to prove they're safe for widespread use and the teleportation project . . . something totally unrealistic and ridiculous and radically useful.

Honestly? Not to sound like some dipshit beauty queen or whatever, but, end world hunger. Dunno how. Hyperproductive strains of crops, or hypernutritive food substances that could be purchased on a third world salary . . . man, can you think of how many social and political systems that would blow out of the water? Completely rock society for the better, if I could implement it cheaply enough.

Other than that, medical nanotech was my thing back home, and that was a dream project in and of itself. I was gonna eliminate disease as a factor in human society. Maybe in a couple universes I did.
