11. In regards to tactile contact, Billy doesn't mind receiving it (as long as it's not the ears). He won't admit this, but he even likes it. He was jumpier about it when he was younger, as the only people who would touch him then were bullies shaking him down for lunch money, but constant petting and hanging-on from Jason and Zack brought him around.
