I'm a pilot, not an arcanotech... I might be able to dig out some of the records, but I wouldn't trust anybody to do real work just from a manual.

It can happen when somebody works on core arcanotechnology without the proper support environment. People get... weird. The [vague gesture] extra dimension... stuff... messes with their heads.
