bonnypiperlad - In Jamie's first appearance, there's a part of the episode where the Doctor convinces the villain that Jamie is actually Charles Stuart - who was referred to as 'Bonnie Prince Charlie'. I combined that with the reference to him being a young piper (hence the lad part) but decided the 'y' spelling looked better than the 'ie' version.
