this is Sailor Jamie-chan ^___^ he had a terrible sad life full of angst & misery until one day a talking neko said "Jamie-chan-kun you are a Sailor Senshi now wai wai =^__^=" and gave him a magic cepter septre stick with a thingy on it that lets him summon giant robot pteranodons to smite his enemys and save the planet from evil unkawaii people and he is involved in a beautifull pure relationship with Sailor Bit-chan except Sailor Leena and Sailor Pierce and sometimes Sailor Brad are mean and unkawaii to them and try to break them apart because they are evil bakas and working for Rita Repulsa and the Decepticons and also Cobra and they are mean bitches ):<

The colors are based on the Abh uniform, which is black with a purple...central area thing. The trimming is red because that's the color for all flying (combat) section personnel. The stars for the '...of the stars' series naming. The baton, Abh officers carry a command baton. Note the froce and tiara, which signifies rank.
