I did a list of random facts in a meme a while ago, but here I'll focus on the main headcanon bits that come up most often in my writing.

-It's never confirmed on-screen that Billy was bullied since his earliest school days and had a relatively lonely childhood, but it's a guess of mine and much of the fandoms'. He seems to have one or two nerd friends in school, but no one else outside of the Rangers. And no one except Trini seems to care when Bulk and Skull dump him in trash cans.

-Canon hints that the first five Rangers were friends for some time before becoming Rangers, but we're never told how or when they met. My headcanon is that they met some time in junior high, but I try not to be too specific in case anyone ever apps Trini, Zack, Kim, or Jason and doesn't approve of what I chose.

Trini-bonded over the use of long words.
Kimberly-brought to Billy by Trini, and she knew she liked him when he agreed to help with homework and proved to be a nice guy.
Jason-met when Jason intervened in a bully attack, and Jase introduced him to:
Zack-introduced to Billy by Jason. Amused by 'fun' applications of science.

-I inferred from some episodes (especially 'Island of Illusion' and 'Dark Warrior') that he has an inferiority complex stemming from his earliest Ranger days, afraid of feeling like a drag on the team's strength. He's improved greatly, but still suffers from this from time to time.

-And yes, I ship Billy/Trini, but I know that they were just great friends even if some of that time spent alone together seems really suspicious. If anyone ever apps her, I promise not to go all shippy (though I don't think I have to worry XD)

-My belief that he's good at most sciences but just average in Biology stems from 'Grumble Bee', when he got a simple question about bee anatomy wrong with a dumb mistake and ended up with a B.
