Cissie had to stretch her arms above her head to get her muscles to pop. It had felt good, but she still was so tense. No matter what she tried, her body didn't seem to want to relax, and it was killing her.

Which is what led her here. She was plenty surprised to Cassie already lounging in the water and smiled to herself. She crossed her arms, the feeling of nostalgia flooding her quickly.
