I did this once and I'll do it again!

Anywho, this meme's easy to do! We all know our guys have awesome canon, but what about stuff that only you have come up with and helps you make sense with other stuff? This is that what this is for! Just write down what interesting stuff that you've come up with for your character - doesn't matter how mundane or boring! Write it down here!

Honestly, there's no reason in particular for it. Part of it was how she was raised -- not so much the divorce, but that she was raised by a fiery, strict lawyer. So she sort of learned from that how to be ~independent~ and argument and all that. Of course part of it was a child's natural tendency to rebel. ;P And a major factor is just that it was personality in the first place, too. It might not have been as bad, but well. That's just how she was born! She's not a sociopath or anything, but she was always going to be a naturally aggressive person. So that, combined with how she was raised... well, the war was a sort of catalyst. She might not have been as bad, but once she had something to direct it at... well, it grew from there.

Ba'al makes a point to not look back on the past too much, or regret anything much, but he has a few that he would definitely change if he could. He can live without them, but...

First is his rebellion when he was still young. He was still learning, so he could have handled everything on earth better. He was still better at it (or so he'll say) than Ra, but he could have done better still. He followed Ra for too long, and his rebellion -- while successful -- was not ideal, either.

Second, it'd be how he runs his empire. He's learnt a lot through humbling and the like over the years... and he's discovered how to be much more effective at controlling people than just through violence and the like. He still enjoys that part too much to give it, but well. Rewards have their benefits to him now, too.

Third? He wouldn't have let himself lose Qetesh. They didn't have anything per se, but he was attracted to her, and perhaps more than he'd like to admit. She would have made a wonderful queen, he thinks-- but he never had that chance.
