Well I'm admittedly being a little unfair, she's not THAT crazy. She just has an absolutely nutty temper, where one minute she'll be calmly discussing something, the next she's screaming and the next she's crying and trying to apologize for screaming. She's also been known to break things and put her fist through computer monitors when she's really freaking out.
