And now for my other character

Asia Rune Chant (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/AsiaRuneChant) Has one to immobilize enemies in canon, doesn't work on Trans because it's a Shinto spiritual power and she has no ofuda.
Commander Contrarian (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CommanderContrarian) Applies to dub Raye, averted by this one. See the first example on this page for everything that's wrong with Rei's portrayal in the English dub and the version of her character I am NOT playing.
Does Not Like Men (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DoesNotLikeMen) She expresses interest in some boys, notably Mamoru early on and Yuuichirou later, but overall it takes a lot to get her to trust them beyond mild infatuation. This trait is much more pronounced in the manga and live action.
Fiery Redhead (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FieryRedhead) She's more of a spiritual redhead, but the traits are there and she's depicted with red hair in some manga artwork.
Henshin Hero (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HenshinHero) (I seem to like these characters)
Heroic Sacrifice (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HeroicSacrifice) Just made hers and was about to die when abducted. But without Usagi's shining silver crystal, death isn't cheap for Rei anymore.
Magic Warrior (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MagicWarrior)
Meaningful Name (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MeaningfulName) When pronounced out loud in Eastern name order, Hino Rei sounds like 'hi no rei', which in Japanese means 'spirit of fire'. All the solar system's Sailor Senshi have names like this.
Miko (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Miko) Complete with supernatural prophecy powers and demon-scourging.
Parental Abandonment (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ParentalAbandonment) Her mother's dead and her father's a politician who basically ignores her existence (Her parents are only explained in the manga and live action series, but the anime doesn't contradict it so it's headcanon for me). She lives with her perverted grandpa.
Playing With Fire (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PlayingWithFire) And also receiving spiritual guidance from it!
Prophetic Dreams (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/DreamingOfThingsToCome) Has them a few times.
Tall, Dark, and Bishoujo (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TallDarkAndBishoujo)
The Lancer (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheLancer) to Usagi's Hero, a role Rei usurped from Minako in the manga to anime transition.
Vitriolic Best Buds (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/VitriolicBestBuds) Rei and Usagi. You have to look /really/ hard to tell that they love each other.
