He's glad to know someone on the ship, especially if it's her. She's pretty understanding and a real sweetheart regarding his antics and/or lack of knowledge about common things. And she has yet to beat his face in for off-comments and the sort even though she has the strength to floor him with one hit. A true friend! He does wish she'd come to terms with, or get over her obsession with her body and lack of self-worth but he feels he can't ever have a conversation past four sentences regarding those things because one wrong word about it will upset her. Stop using those 'silly' feelings like shame! :3
