His bedchambers could be anywhere within the complex, but he'd like an underwater room if at all possible. And so it was built, with a happy Billy cheerily looking up at the fish swimming above him.
Variable climates came next. There was a mountain on one end, a beach on the other, a dry forest, some grass...plenty of places to test new inventions and explore. The broad details made him more than happy.
But his greatest care went into the little items: secret coves scattered throughout the island. A special bay behind some dunes, a mountain cave leading to a hot spring, and a little wooded hideout all materialized. There would be plenty of places for him (and anyone living beside him, of course) to escape to when the world became too hectic.
