Any crew members checking on Billy will notice the Blue Ranger pushing some fine-looking watercraft toward the water's edge. They resemble 21st-century Earth's Waverunners, but their functions differ slightly---hey, this is the teen who used the Ranger technology to build a flying car in his garage.

"I've utilized information from the library to construct these watercraft. They've passed the first round of safety inspection, but you're all welcome to assist me in the main testing phase."

Translation: Free water rides!

McNinja is in board shorts... and yes he still has the mask on. But he's got some KICKIN abs ladies!

"I guess I could help you out with that."

Translation: OOOH OOH! ME! I WANT TO DRIVE THINGS!

Billy quirks an eyebrow. McNinja's choice of attire is...unique, but the guy with the helmet-and-spandex uniform has no place commenting on what other people choose to wear.

"Thank you. They seem to function well in the average range of oceanic conditions, but I've been working on some features designed to have the craft automatically monitor and adapt to larger-than-average waves." He deposits his glasses in a case left on his equipment and pulls a flotation vest over his torso as he says this. Safety first, even if it hides your muscles and makes you look like a geek.

"I know how to drive pretty much anything, up to an including a backhoe. A waverunner shouldn't be a problem."

Doc also finds himself a life jacket, because he's a doctor and he knows better than to be dumb about the ocean. Also, ninjas require all the protection they can get when entering the natural domain of the pirate.
