F-fine. I uh- what's with the suit? [That shiny, shiny suit. So very shiny...]

It's a prototype I'm testing. Hopefully it'll make me more effective in the field, rather than as just another dork in Engineering.

You don't have to have super powers to 'be effective,' you know. You're not just another dork in Engineering. [Smiles] Besides, I like dorks.

A lot. You should know you don't need a suit to make a difference.

[Shrugs lightly.] I guess. But I felt useless in that last fight. If I'd been armed I could have been more help.

That's why you learn more about how to fight. And even if you can't fight for whatever reason doesn't mean you're useless. Being on the front lines is glamorous but there are other people providing back up who are just as important. And you're important in a lot of ways.

Mn. [Doesn't seem convinced] Well I may not be useless, but I feel useless. It isn't about the glamour. I just feel I should do everything I possibly can.

I think everyone feels that way. And it seems to me like you are. You're working out, and trying out more technology. And you're definitely not useless. I know next time you'll be ready.
