The "Ask Characters Questions" Meme 2: The Sequel!

Is this really necessary? You've already done one of these— oh, fine.

Post here, and answer questions that are asked of you. Enjoy yourselves.

He appears intelligent and interesting. He could use some more impulse control though.

But, if there hasn't been a cure in over a hundred years, I don't hold much hope for finding one now.

How could I explain it, anyway? "Pardon me, doctor, I am covered with an invisible tattoo and it is slowly ending my life." It sounds crazy, doesn't it? Even crazier than "I've been kidnapped by a spaceship."

I'm sorry, that was terribly rude of me.

No.

We Abh were created as slaves, "exploration bioroids". We eventually broke free of our creator's control.

Abh cannot have viable children without genetic alteration. When a person born a lander who was accepted as an Abh decides to have children, the fetus's genes are altered to Abh characteristics while retaining as many of the parents' genetic traits as possible.

That was the Russian classic, right?

I regret not having the time to read it. What have you thought about it so far?

[identity profile] madeofwyn.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:06 am (UTC)(link)
Abandoned moon works. So does abandoned space station, if we run into one of those first.

(And if there's no bomb range, there's always some really, really disused corner of the City, right?)

I didn't want him. I got voted into the Alien Party because noone else in my class wanted to do it and they're required gear.

[identity profile] in-venting.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:07 am (UTC)(link)
That's right.

I'd like it a lot better if I was reading something else. It might be well-written, but I don't think I like reading what is essentially a unfortunate romance story.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:07 am (UTC)(link)
Oh that's right! Slobo talks about you guys all the time!

He doesn't seem to like that Wondergirl too much though. I wonder if she's like Asuka...

[identity profile] lilyofthedrills.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:08 am (UTC)(link)
What do you think of Steve?

[identity profile] ghost-bait.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
We;;, I like talking to him, even if it seems like we don't talk about anything very important.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
YOu...can actually vote to get an alien on your head? Wow.

[identity profile] got-a-bad-habit.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:10 am (UTC)(link)
Asking a question does not mean I will not beat you for it.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:11 am (UTC)(link)
WOW! That's really neat!

Almost like firebending, but not! Aang actually used energy bending to beat the bad guy in our world...

[identity profile] lilyofthedrills.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:11 am (UTC)(link)
I didn't vote for it. The rest of the class made me.

Alright, fire away.

Hey! What's it to you?

[identity profile] got-a-bad-habit.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:12 am (UTC)(link)
Honest answer.

Are you interested?

[identity profile] its-keeper.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:12 am (UTC)(link)
Thanks. I think it's pretty neat too. I can talk to machines with it.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2009-11-20 03:13 am (UTC)(link)
Yup!

Oh come on Captain! You're way too much of a charmer to be by yourself!

How was it?

[personal profile] notlewis 2009-11-20 03:14 am (UTC)(link)
Bring it on, amigos.
craaazyisland: (Contemplating (Claire's Ass))

Fine, but I'm not answering anything stupid.
starlightace: (Aheheheh....)

[personal profile] starlightace 2009-11-20 03:15 am (UTC)(link)
I don't think it was that rude.

And even if there hasn't been a cure in your world doesn't mean there isn't in another one. With as many doctors and scientists and mages as we have on the ship, there's bound to be a way!

I don't think your explanation is as strange as some of the other people I've met on the ship - or even some of the things I've seen back home. So there isn't anything to worry about, really.

Pika pikachu!

[Here, Alessa, have a red plastic datapad of some kind. You should probably open it!]

[ALESSA RECEIVED POKEDEX!]
