Barring that, I recommend spending time with your friends and talking about your troubles with someone who can help. Keeping emotions tucked and bottled away with no exit ever is unhealthy.

I think everybody need someone, no matter how neat they seem to be. Especially someone like you Captain. Being in charge of this ship is a heavy burden to bear. While you have all of us too...I'd like to know that someone is caring for you too. Making sure you're well.
