notsaintkaiser - Vivio is the reincarnation of an ancient Belkan ruler known as the Saint Kaiser (or Sankt Kaiser, depending on the translation). Despite this and her transformed state resembling it, she constantly tells those close to her (i.e. the Numbers) that she's not the Saint Kaiser and to stop treating her as such.
