The I'd Hit It Meme

The I'D HIT IT Meme
{borrowed/inspired by: [livejournal.com profile] nottome}

Let's face it. There are some pretty hot people out there. Ever pointed somebody out to your friends and say, I'd hit it?

Well now you have the chance to say it to their faces!
The rules of the game are simple:

1. Comment as your character. (One comment per character.)

2. Comment to others!!! Don't be shy!!!

3. Got a friend who's too shy? Post their character's name for them! They may or may not thank you for it.

4. IT'S FOR FUN, YOU GUYS. FUN!

Why would ye want to punch someone if ye thought they were hot?
morphitudinous: (DO NOT WANT)

It...it refers to a forceful sort of sexual interaction. I believe the idea is that the person is so irresistibly attractive that normal standards of politeness don't apply.

I think it's somewhat crude.

Oh. [Thinks about it for a moment.] Oh!

These meme-things are verra odd.

That's stating it lightly, but it's true. Personally I would've called them pointless and repetitive exercises in humiliation.

If it helps any, though, I'm sure you don't have any trouble with the lasses.

Aye, well...

I'm not sure that's anyone's business. Although - thank ye for saying so.

It's a euphemism, Jamie. It's pretty much 'who would you have sex with on this ship'.

Aye, I get that now.

That's, er, not what it means, Jamie.

Aye, Billy and Wyn have mentioned that.

Doesna make any more sense the other way, if ye ask me.

I guess there are a lot of slang terms out there that'd get you confused if you didn't hear 'em on a regular basis...
bonnypiperlad: (seriously?)

[personal profile] bonnypiperlad 2010-01-21 06:59 am (UTC)(link)
Well, it's not like I'd heard a lot of them before I came here, aye?

At least I know what 'hot' means.

[identity profile] voiceofserenity.livejournal.com 2010-01-21 07:04 am (UTC)(link)
If it helps any, I hear 'em all the time and I don't hardly understand half of 'em. Slang through the ages.

[He's relieved to hear that.]

I'm verra glad I'm not the only one.

Only down side to it is I got my own slang for it, and not everybody understands the Chinese so much. But! You learn somethin' new for it every day, so I really can't complain.
