The I'd Hit It Meme

The I'D HIT IT Meme
{borrowed/inspired by: [livejournal.com profile] nottome}

Let's face it. There are some pretty hot people out there. Ever pointed somebody out to your friends and say, I'd hit it?

Well now you have the chance to say it to their faces!
The rules of the game are simple:

1. Comment as your character. (One comment per character.)

2. Comment to others!!! Don't be shy!!!

3. Got a friend who's too shy? Post their character's name for them! They may or may not thank you for it.

4. IT'S FOR FUN, YOU GUYS. FUN!

...I suppose that would happen, wouldn't it?

I compiled some examples for you, one from this community (http://community.livejournal.com/insertmeathere/11950.html), and one with another version of me (http://community.livejournal.com/fountainofcod/14929.html?thread=6553681#t6553681).

You would drink bad oil or something. I know, I know, it doesn't have to make sense.

Thanks.

Either that or she'd use the Coluan Alignment as an excuse.

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:05 am (UTC)(link)
It's something my people go through every third solar cycle. All Coluans connect and share information, receive system upgrades, things like that. Normally it's a painless process with no complications, but since I've left the Hive Mind, it tends to get a little... difficult.

I'm out of it, I can't remember if he explained this before XD;;

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:19 am (UTC)(link)
Difficult? In a way that can be used to make you drunk?

That's cool, I can't either. XD Let's just go with 'no'?

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:21 am (UTC)(link)
Not exactly. But there's apparently a substantial personality shift.

I don't recall any of the events that happened the only time I've had the experience, so I'm basing my knowledge off what the Legion told me later.

Re: That's cool, I can't either. XD Let's just go with 'no'?

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:26 am (UTC)(link)
That's horrible. Is there some way you can prevent it from happening?

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:30 am (UTC)(link)
I tried that last time. Needless to say it didn't exactly work out very well. The problem isn't that the Alignment is taking place so much as... I suppose withdrawal is a good way to explain it.

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:32 am (UTC)(link)
Hm. I suppose you tried a substitute.

It's good you had the Legion to watch your back, at least.

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:41 am (UTC)(link)
You can't really find a substitute for something like that, unfortunately. The best I could do was try a containment unit, but the results left a lot to be desired.

Yes, that was good. And it was also lucky that I can reattach my head as necessary.

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:43 am (UTC)(link)
You can ... that must make for an interesting Halloween costume.

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:46 am (UTC)(link)
....I'd never thought of it that way.

Lyle... You know how you mentioned I may inadvertently offend someone?

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:49 am (UTC)(link)
If we were to... hypothetically assume something like that had happened, what would you suggest?

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:52 am (UTC)(link)
Apologize as soon as possible.

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 01:55 am (UTC)(link)
But I haven't done anything wrong!

...in the hypothetical situation.

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:12 am (UTC)(link)
You can think of it as apologizing for causing offense. Just don't tell them that.

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:16 am (UTC)(link)
...she left. I suppose that renders this discussion moot.

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:18 am (UTC)(link)
No, you may still need to apologize later, depending on how upset she is. Hypothetically.

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:19 am (UTC)(link)
And if I hypothetically let my emotions get the better of me and yelled after her?

I haven't seen the thread, this is just how Brainies work

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
Then I begin to wonder if you have a thing for her.

Then you might need to apologize even sooner.

Lyle's got his Brainy predictions down to a fine art XD

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:29 am (UTC)(link)
But she was doing the exact same thing!

[identity profile] smartnass.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:30 am (UTC)(link)
Someone has to apologize first. The sooner you do it, the sooner you've made up.

[identity profile] brainy-bot.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 02:32 am (UTC)(link)
Why does it have to be me? She was the one that called me an overgrown calculator.
