WAKING UP!

Your character is in a nice, warm bed, wearing their bedclothes (or lack thereof) of choice. It's comfortable, it's fluffy, and it's great...

Unfortunately, someone's in bed with them. They might roll over and accidentally cop a feel before waking up fully, they might notice the heat on their backs, but whatever the case may be, there's someone in there with them. They could easily remember the night before, how that happened, but...

Where's the fun in that?

[There's a draft of cold air that shouldn't be there. Jamie grumbles a little, and reaches over with one arm to stop his covers from escaping. He pulls them back over and flips onto his side, taking more of the blanket with him.]

[onceadragon]

[She grumbles in her sleep and reaches over, tugging the blanket back and all but burritos herself up in it.]

[mumbles]Knock it off...

[Jamie, ever stubborn, is not about to let the blankets get away from him that easily. He mutters something in Gaelic and starts trying to tug the blankets away from her, still sounding half-asleep.]

Dude! [she's grumbling as her eyes slowly open.] Stop stealin' the bla--

Waaaaaaaait...

[She sits up suddenly and looks over at Jamie with big eyes.]

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat

[He juuuuust about has the blankets when they are ripped out out of his grasp by her sitting up.]

Och, honestly, canna ye just not...share...

[Three things occur to him in a very short period of time. 1. He is not alone in the bed. 2. The other person is Claudia. 3. He is currently only wearing his shirt. With Claudia. In bed.]

Hey? Hey!

[Jamie grabs for the pillow and uses it to cover himself. The shirt does actually do that already, but he might just be freaking out a little bit here.]

Duuuuuuuuuuuude!

[Claudia is about to collapse in a fit of giggles. She can't help it, the look on his face is priceless. She clears her throat though and manages to just smile.]

Dude! How did we end up like this.

[bonnypiperlad]

[Jamie shoots her a narrow eyed look for a moment, but when she doesn't poke fun at his being flustered, his face clears.]

Ye mean ye don't know?

[onceadragon]

[She shakes her head because really she had no idea. She supposed she could have teased him about all of this, but... that probably wasn't the best of ideas.]

Nope. No idea whatsoever.

[bonnypiperlad]

[He's already pretty flustered as it is, so...yeah. Not a good idea. He frowns, thinking.]

We didna go drinking, I'm pretty sure.

[Even if they had in the sensoriums, they would have sobered up right away. And the only other place Jamie knows of that would have real booze, he tends to stay away from.]

Actually, were we even in the same place last night?

[onceadragon]

[She thinks for a moment and then shakes her head.]Nope, I was hangin' out with Kaylee....And then...

[She frowns slightly] Next thing I know, I'm wakin' up next to you. I mean, not that it's a bad thing, but ya know... I kinda like to remember stuff like that.

[bonnypiperlad]

[Scratch that 'kinda' and make it a 'definitely' and that's about where Jamie's at. Especially since it's Claudia.]

Aye, I agree. So how did we wind up...

[He takes a look around, and then frowns, puzzled.]

Och, this isn't my room. Is it yours?

[onceadragon]

[She quickly looks around, and not seeing the mess that normally accompanies her room, she shook her head again.]

Nope, not my room. Way too clean.

[She looks up, and then around, trying to see if there any hidden cameras or anything.]

How the heck did we end up in bed together?

I have no idea.

[Actually...that might not be true. Something's just occurred to him, and it's not a pleasant thought.]

Och, what if it's GLaDoS?

[onceadragon]

[She makes a face, obviously not impressed by the idea of GLaDoS being behind this.]

If it is, I'm gonna find a way to hack into her system and make her less meddlesome. I swear I will.

[He scowls darkly.]

Aye. Maybe she should be hacked. If I had my claymore...

[His hacking is not Claudia's hacking, obviously.]

[She arches an eyebrow. Soooooo not what she was talking about.]

Umm I meant going in and messing with her programming.

[bonnypiperlad]

[He's completely serious.]

What? Ye stick a sword in a computer in the right spot, and it'll mess with the programming.

[It would work, in that 'Ooh look, explosions and electrocution' sort of way.]

Although, I wouldna want to hurt Stacy in the process...hmm.

[She gives him a look.]

Dude... Just... No.

[She shakes her head back and forth numerous times.]

You don't just stick swords in machines!!

[grumbling]

Och. Fine. I won't. Happy?

[onceadragon]

[She smirks and nods her head.]

Yes. Yes I am.

[She arches a brow suddenly.]

So do you think we did anything? You know... Anything?

[bonnypiperlad]

[He's only been thinking about that since he first woke up, Claudia. It's pretty much the number one thought in his head right now. He clears his throat and shifts the pillow ever-so-slightly.]

Ah...well. Ye still have your things on. So...um. I would think if we had, ye wouldn't?

[onceadragon]

[She smirks slightly, and leans back against the headboard-thingie.]

Well that's true. But ummm... Y'know, there are other things to do... Right?

[bonnypiperlad]

[He's seemingly the very picture of innocence here. Thank god Claudia's not one of the telepaths.]

Aye? Well. Aye. I suppose there could have been kissing.
