It's been a while since we've really done a meme with a purpose, and longer since we've done a CR meme - and now that we have a bunch of fresh new characters, time to find out what everyone thinks of you!

There's nothing fancy here - no fancy HTML - just pure bare-bones simplicity:

Luis!

Luis likes Kang and respects him as a pretty cool guy. In fact, due to various grades of alcohol imbibed in his presence, Kang has accidentally heard more about Luis than most other people on the ship.

He's glad he's on the council and trusts he'll do a good job. It's also nice to know Kang will be around if he ever needs a favor (or vice versa.)

I only threaded with Steve once on the channels. I MUST REMEDY THIS because that is hardly enough.

Hahaha, as far as Steve is concerned, Yzak is a white-haired dumbass who asked if Steve did anything to DESERVE his brutal attack. Screw you man, you're an asshole. >(

SHERRY

Steve: Now that her very existence doesn't make him wretch with jealousy, Steve could probably tolerate Sherry a lot easier. And now he can even objectively see the Claire AND Leon in her (even though it's not in the way he thinks.) He still kind of gives her space since he sees her as none of his business... but I would find it incredibly hilarious if they had to deal with each other for whatever reason.

Luis: Luis just loves kids, especially smart kids and especially Sherry. She's his BFF's daughter so he values himself as a cool uncle. And her thirst for science reminds him oh so much of a tiny awkward version of him. He will definitely be the spoiling type of uncle, so milk him for all he's worth, Sherry.

MIKU

Steve: It started out as thinking she was cute and sweet and turned into full blown doofus Steve-style affection, though it's different than what he felt for Claire. He feels more stable in the romance area when it comes to Miku since he was a more stable person when they met, so as far as he knows, this is what head-over-heels is like. He thinks she's super cute, kind and understanding and is trying just as hard as she is to pretend they're a totally normal couple. But her patience with him, her voice of reason and her gentleness and compassion about his plight have really made a mark on him, to the point where he holds Miku in as much regard as he does his Most Important People.

Luis: Luis appreciates Miku's help and her concern for his health (slightly less so) but he also appreciates her keeping Steve happy and out of his hair (for the most part.) He's inclined to cut her favors (like extra Steve visitation) because of all the hard work she's done for him. He also finds her cute, but actually assumes she is underaged. Sorry, Miku...

Sylia: is so glad to find a cute little Japanese girl she can talk about Tokyo with, and possibly eat with, and possibly dress up in darling little outfits that show off her hidden sexiness and feminine side! ~ ♥

NEHAA

Luis has no idea if it's okay for him to think she's hot or not. On the one hand, she's some kind of crazy alien being. On the other hand, she's fucking hot. On the one hand, she has horns and a tail and is massive. On the other, sex with a Drenai could be kind of exciting.

Either way she's very sweet, so he likes her.

ADDENDUM TO STEVE AND MIKU:

Though he is annoyed about the medically decreed state of his sex life in general, Steve's in the same boat where even if he could, he wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere past first with Miku, since he knows they're both kind of unphysical people and for such a hothead, he's surprisingly courteous when it comes to not pressuring her or bullying her into things. ABSTINENCE IS A-OKAY.

Luis and Steve thoughts on Leon.

Luis loves Leon (no homo), he's his bro. He's very pleased that Leon made captain, since it will help secure his job as well as keep all his under-the-table scientific experiments quiet and just between them. Luis will go out of his way to help Leon out however he can, since-- yes, he STILL feels bad about Spain and doesn't want to give Leon any reason not to totally trust him. If Luis ever got in mortal peril, he'd want Leon to watch his back.

Except better than he did last time.

Steve actually isn't as wary of Leon as he was before (thank Claire for that) since Leon has at least provided the illusion of respecting his space and his privacy with Veronica. He's actually fairly respectful (jealous) of Leon's skills and wishes he could be half that cool. But I cannot stress how relieved Steve was when Leon made captain. He was terrified of having to tell anybody else, but he knows Leon will be discreet about it.

Well, all he knows about Aeneas is that he eats weird alien wormy bug things and is himself a weird alien thing.

As for Dustin, Luis thinks he's an asshole. That's not all that unique around here. But he'd probably chase him out of the contagion lab if he ever hung around an started being an asshole. Luis can be an asshole too, you see...

Luis thinks Nura is drop-dead gorgeous and he'd love to get to know her better (that way) but he's still kind of feeling out her devotion to her husband. I don't think he'd quite figured out that her husband is the person he knows as Pompous Asswipe-- sorry, Brainiac 5.

Either way, she sure is hot.

Steve re: Ben?

Steve is still kind of antsy around Ben (nothing personal, Ben, he's weird with people his own age) and still feels awkward about the whole "borrowing your dad to counsel my crazy ass while you were in the pods." He's also kind of miffed that Ben is a Jedi and therefore more useful around here than Steve himself is. But Ben going out of his way to help out in the Lex scenario made him more inclined to trust him. They'll be friends YET. :|

Yeah, and he came out of a tube in a nightmare one time, which was pretty goddamn weird, if you ask Steve.

Then again he's probably been in a few tubes in his day so he really shouldn't judge.

Kon is one of the people Steve considers the "cool kids" on the ship and nervously keeps his distance from.

CLAIRE

Steve: Well, the good news is, Steve is now pretty sure that what he feels for Claire wasn't real love and was more of a desperate grab of a vulnerable, disturbed teenage boy for the only affection anyone had shown him in ages, which happened to come from a gorgeous girl (then) roughly his age. He's still trying to sort out what else it is, though. She's kind of like a friend, a sister, ~~HIS NEW MOMMY~~ and hopelessly pretty girl he'll never have all rolled together. Whatever combination of the above, her importance to him hasn't changed and he would still ~~bleed~~ walk across a fire for her. Her support and confidence in him are INCREDIBLY important and he still acts like a moron around her partially because he has no idea how he can ever be as important to her as she is to him.

Luis: Goddamn, Leon, nice.

Uh, actually, Luis doesn't know much about Claire aside from what he's heard from Leon or her dogged determination/doubtless offscreen threats about what will happen if he doesn't fix Steve. He can tell she's headstrong and confident and wants to do his best at work partially so she won't kill him easily. Which she could.

And he would totally hit that, but will never even think of it due to the Bro Code.

SCARLET

Steve: You know I don't think they've ever actually interacted? Anyway, Scarlet is one of the doctors Steve trusts alongside Luis and he appreciates all the hours she puts in on his behalf. He also thinks she's quite pretty, so she probably gets her share of Mr. Shy Awkward Derp when she talks to him.

Luis: Foremost, he respects her intelligence and her knowledge, her hard work in the laboratory and their like-mined dedication to getting rid of stupid goddamn zombie viruses of all sorts. She's his favorite employee and likely gets perks the others don't (Free souvenir T-shirts from the Department Head meetings, idk.)

That said.

The eternal manwhore does actually have a favored type (or two or eight): dark-haired beauties and intelligent women top the list. Scarlet is both. He has one of his rare little crushes on her and therefore really wants to impress her beyond one-night-stand level. Maybe two or three night stands, or possibly Friends With Benefits? Whatever happens, Scarlet has that unique kind of hold on Luis reserved only for the really special (dozen) girls. She could probably make him eat out of her hand with little effort.
