It's been a while since we've really done a meme with a purpose, and longer since we've done a CR meme - and now that we have a bunch of fresh new characters, time to find out what everyone thinks of you!

They haven't interacted much (and we should fix that), so Leon doesn't have much of a personal sense about the guy. Professionally, he respects him, and thinks he'll do well on the Council. He's also happy to let him run the warfare training class.
