This... is actually an interesting question!

She would be a bit conflicted, obviously. It's said that all the cyborgs love him like a father, so on one hand she'll be happy to see him. On the other, one of the main reasons Cinque agreed to go through the program Ginga ran and later joined the TSAB was to atone for what she did. So if Jail were to show up and try planning something crazy, she would not aid him.

That said, I'm not sure if she would join in bringing him down if things came to that. Again, she loves her father, and it's shown that she cares very much for her whole family, so... I don't think she would want to fight against her family.
