The "TELL ME SOMETHING YOU'VE PROBABLY TOLD PLENTY OF PEOPLE" meme

Okay, the way this meme works is you comment with a question that can be answered by the characters. Examples: "Do you believe in true love? If not, how do you feel about love?" or "What's the craziest thing you've ever done?" Then other players will respond to the comment and answer the questions. The catch is you can answer the questions IC or OOC. So you can have the character either answer ICly or you can explain the character's viewpoint on the subject. Or you can answer both ways. For instance, you can have your character answer ICly, but elaborate on their viewpoint or state things they wouldn't say out loud. Entirely up to you.
Characters can respond to the answers and play things out like usual.
You can also add new questions. Just make sure you're not repeating something. (You might want to post questions anon-ly, so you don't get a million notifies from the answers).
I'm going to post a bunch of questions to start us off but if you have your own, go nuts!

But I will wait for the right person. They deserve a loving and capable father as well.

Maybe. Maybe then. I guess I'd want kids someday. If the world was safe.
But the world isn't safe and it isn't perfect. And that world doesn't even exist anymore, and right now we're on the ship, and even if we do bring it all back, the world we're bringing back is that not-perfect world.
So in the end, it's a no. Better safe than sorry. No kids for me. I'm never not going to be fighting the good fight. 'Cause the never-ending battles goes on.

I guess I'm young enough to still talk as a kid, in a way, and you know, I think that that's why we have kids. making the world perfect isn't something we can do in one life. But we can make things as good as we can, and try our hardest, and then if our children try their hardest, and all of the generations work together, then someday we will have a perfect world.

All you can do is try to keep your loved ones safe. That's it. I can live with just trying with Ma and Pa, with girlfriends, with friends. I could live with that with a wife.
I can't do that with a kid. I just can't. It was hard enough with a girl I loved. If it was my kid, I'd die. I'd just die inside.
But it's okay. Some people really need a little nuclear, biological family to be happy. I'm not one of them. It'd be nice, yeah, but I've got a family, and I've got friends, and I've got my girl, and that won't change as I get older.
The world has to be perfect and safe before they're born.

I think I get what you mean. If Luna... It was bad enough when she was re-podded...
I guess if people are actively out to get you, that changes things. It's hard enough to stay alive without getting chased. If people were actively trying to kill my loved ones, I don't think I'd have children either.

But following in Superman's footsteps'll mean picking up all of his enemies and I'm doing just fine with making plenty of my own along the way.
I guess that's just something else to fight for.

It'd be wonderful to have a nice normal life, with nice, normal food.
At least I'm not dealing with all sorts of super-villians. For the most part I just need to try to not step on anyones toes.
But don't give up. I'm sure that even though you've made enemies, you've also touched lives in ways you might never imagine.

Ho-However, if fate wills it, that will probably be the last thing I'll get around to when I'm finally satisfied with my life accomplishments.

[He has, although it's very much a 'in the far future' sort of thing. Someday, he wants a son that he can teach the pipes to.]

[And dammit, he wants them awake on the ship with him.]
