[ That's alright, it means Kaylee gets more sleep herself, as well as more cuddle-time. ...possibly unclothed cuddle time oh this is going to go well. ]

[Cuddle time, though, means things are warmer. This is nice, since he's got one of the long shirts he uses for sleeping on...and not anything else. He snuggles in a little closer, draping an arm over Kaylee in the process.]

[ Warm is good, and Kaylee isn't about to complain. She mumbles something incoherent and shifts enough to duck her head under Jamie's chin. ]

[Jamie stirs a little at the mumble, moving his arm up to draw Kaylee in even closer, if at all possible. He wraps his arm protectively around her, as well, and gives her a sleepy squeeze.]

[ She gives a contented sigh, leaning to place a happy kiss on Jamie's collarbone. Nice and cozy, no way she wants to wake up this morning. ]

[That brings about a small smile, and a shifting from that ever-so-faint mindfulness of someone next to him to a slightly more aware state. Jamie tilts his head down to plant a soft kiss on her cheek, brushing a slightly stubbly chin against her in an almost questioning way.]

[ Which, in turn, makes Kaylee giggle. She leans up to give him a kiss, but when she pulls back she opens her eyes...

And stares at Jamie, extremely confused, for a good long minute. ]

[The kiss is nice - very nice - and Jamie's more than happy to return it. He's about to try for another when he senses something's off. Muzzily, he opens his eyes to see what's going on, and they promptly widen in surprise.]
