Good evening meatship, I bring you your Friday meme!

No More Secrets

1. All of your character's darkest and most embarrassing secrets, the ones that they have been holding back from the crew, are now common knowledge.

2. Since not everyone knows everyone's canon, comment with your character and a bulleted list of the things they have been holding back from the crew. These can be funny things (that time I ran around with my underwear outside my pants), embarrassing things (Little Black Book-type secrets) or the dark things they never wanted anyone to know.

3. Other characters react to these sudden revelations about your character. Will it change the way people feel about each other?

IMPORTANT: PLEASE POST WARNINGS IN THE SUBJECT LINE IF SOMETHING IN THE COMMENT IS TRIGGERY. This meme has the potential to be a lot more dramatic than our usual fare, and I want to make sure everyone is comfortable.

I am glad that you did, in any case. Just as I'm glad I woke up again on this ship. I may not deserve it, but now I have a chance to do some good.

- He really is (currently) the most powerful sorcerer in his kingdom. He also really is the youngest to ever achieve his Mastery.

- He holds nothing but contempt for the rest of the Masters, because of their inability to realize he was playing stupid during his tenure at the City of the Gods.

- Duke Roger fascinated him during his visit to the City of the Gods. Roger was the only man Thom ever met who could have posed a real challenge to him in terms of power.

- If Duke Roger had played his cards right and not tried to kill Thom's sister, Thom could have easily been swayed to his side, and probably into his bed as well.

- Thom doesn't care that Roger tried to usurp the throne. He only cares that Roger tried to kill his twin.

- He raised Duke Roger from the grave. To this day he doesn't know why. It is because he had a destructive rivalry-crush on the man, and because he was desperate to have someone alive who could be his equal.

- Thom prefers men. This is not exactly taboo in his world, but Thom is also the Lord of Trebond, and would have been required to produce an heir to the fief, so he has kept silent about it. This is one of the many things that fuels his general dislike of everyone - they are free to pursue who they will. Thom is not.

- Thom's magic is barely within his control because in the act of raising Roger, he absorbed Roger's Gift. Thus he carries two of the most powerful Gifts ever discovered, more power than anyone should have access to and still be alive.

I'm glad you did too - for a few reasons.

[Just don't ask her what they are. The answers would be embarrassing.]

- Chris smokes, no matter how much he denies it to his sister and no matter how he pretends to have quit. He has a bit of an oral fixation and if there isn't a cigarette in his mouth, he tries to stave it off with candy instead. Hide your Jolly Ranchers.

- Chris got thrown out of the Air Force for arguing with a superior. And by "Arguing with" I mean "punching him in the mouth."

- He spent about a year and a half after that as a drifter with no idea what to do with himself. He barely kept in touch with his family and is ashamed of it to this day, since his parents would die in a car accident soon after.

- Chris blames himself for the deaths of all the other S.T.A.R.S. members and unfairly accepts blame for not noticing something was wrong with Wesker. Of course hindsight is 20/20, but in Chris' defense, the rest of the S.T.A.R.S. were also too retarded to notice the clearly evil man in charge of them.

- He is aware that Claire is having sex with Leon and the very idea makes him want to throw up for the rest of his life. He recognizes that Claire's a full grown woman and he has no room to butt into her life, but picturing his little sister like that is enough to make him twitchy.

- Chris himself has forgotten when the last time he had sex was. It was more than three years ago, and he couldn't tell you her name or the circumstances for a million dollars.

I keep telling you, if you don't ask her out, you'll regret not doing so.

- She did not expect to be so shy in social situations here. But May's feeling a little overwhelmed, lately.

- Maydril absolutely idolizes a Paladin by the name of Sonya del Thunder. Sonya is responsible for leading the defeat of an Uthmuri, and basically creating the Paladin spell of Resurrection. Until then, it hadn't been done. To her, Sonya IS a hero. May wants to do equally amazing things.

- She kind of wants to make Nura proud of her. If that means NOT getting in trouble and NOT making Nura's migraines worse, she'll do it. Even if that means holing up in the Media Library and searching for books from her own world.

- This is probably less of a surprise, but she adores her ship family, probably as much as the real one. Still misses the real deal though.

- She misses her boyfriend Everry von Dalis, too, but she doesn't let on. Just hopes he's in the pods somewhere, and she'll see him someday.

As cliche as it sounds, I'll always be proud of you.

Well I'm glad they got the message. It's hard to try fitting in when people are playing tricks on you.

Should'a just said somethin'.

- She started to write a book starring characters inspired by Sofia and Julian. She used real moments she witnessed with Sofia to write certain scenes, including certain things Sofia had said. She intentionally planned for the characters to go their separate ways at the end of the book.

- Had the biggest crush on Beastboy. And yes, she found his ears attractive.

- She still had that copy of Tristan & Isolde with her, and would mostly re-read the graphic sexual scenes. It was hidden under her pillow on her bed in her room at the Outsiders' HQ.

- After finding out that she one day died back home, she started to dabble in some dark poetry. There was a copy of Edgar Allen Poe's Collected Poems in her nightstand in her room at Outsiders' HQ.

- Still kind of carried a torch for Josh. But just a little one!

- Had nightmares of becoming like her father.

- While on Shore Leave, she bought a really tight-fitting dress that showed cleavage, and had a hemline that was a little short. It made her feel incredibly sexy and she thought one day she could maybe get up the confidence to wear it out in public.

- Still kind of carried the tiniest of tiniest torches for Kevin.

- Late at night, at Outsiders HQ, she'd sometimes practice dancing all by herself. She almost knocked over a couple pieces of furniture, and tripped onto the couch more than six times, but she started to feel really confident about her practice around Christmas time.

I was on the defensive, but I'm sorry. The aggravation wasn't really your fault.

Actually, I was on loan to the FBI at the time...

...which doesn't make me sound any less like a whore.

Anyway, the club was a front for a Ukrainian cartel who moved drugs and guns and were suspected to have started moving biological weapons. They needed someone who could plant bugs without suspicion, and provide back-up should things go sideways during a big meeting that weekend. I was 23 at the time, on the low end of the hierarchy, with a killer set of abs, so I got picked.

Turns out they were moving something biological, but it wasn't weapons, it was people. They started a human trafficking ring which we were able to break up.

- went through a brief period of panic when he first got on the ship because he didn't know if "Ohm" was another world for "Alternian"

- still hasn't mentioned to anyone that he's kind of an outcast member of a species of violent universe-dominating insectile humanoids

- would totally sleep with a stuffed animal, but they keep getting ruined by sopor slime :(

I probably shouldn't have teased ye, though.
