XD Definitely.

Cargn certainly respects Leon, both as a person and as a captain. He'd be perfectly willing to reveal much of the information he knows about what's going on, but his personal mission supersedes his willingness to gain Leon and the crew's trust. He does, however, believe he is working in the crew's best interests for now.

Kira thinks she's a good commanding officer! She started as a good pilot, which he has respect for, and they had that interesting heart-to-heart about being a soldier and commanding officers after the first run-in against the Ohm, so he has more of a sense of where she's coming from. Like he said, he'd rather trust a person than a position, so he trusts her fairly well.

Kira acknowledges Setsuna's a very skilled pilot, but he's also concerned because dammit, this is a fight for survival, and if Setsuna won't use his talents and his mobile suit to help defend innocent people - not just on this ship, but in untold universes - then he's wasting his strength and only contributing to the problem. They can't afford to fight among themselves.

His obsession with the ideal of "Gundam" (which to Kira is just an OS acronym) is a bit off putting, as is his total righteous conviction that Kira and the rest are doing something wrong. Kira doesn't think he's beyond saving, though, and would still like for him to join their side.

Hoshi loves Sasami like she's part of the family. She's very grateful for her help in getting her situated on the ship, and would pretty much do anything to protect her!

Fate's... really not sure what to think of Julian. He was very forward, and he embarrassed the hell out of her, but she wants to believe that he's not JUST a womanizer. She likes to see the best in people, after all.

That said, she might not be so eager to try to get to know him better if he hits on her in the future. :|a IT ALL DEPENDS ON HIS ACTIONS.

She loves him and thinks after dating him for such a long time, it's finally okay to think that. Their cultural differences are a pretty wide gap sometimes that she worries won't be able to mix together in certain areas. And maybe they won't and she'll just have to accept it.

What Miku especially loves is catching those brief flashes of who Steve was before all those terrible things happened to him. She wants to push him into doing something so he's not just skulking about the ship with a frown on, but isn't sure how to suggest it to him in a way that will make him think of it first (she has realized by now the best way to get Steve to do something).

Secretly, Miku thinks should something ever happen to her, Steve should go and be with Paco.

I am also morbidly curious. What's the Doc think of Nerdboy McJerkface here?

Well, no. Kira mostly embodies everything that Setsuna thinks is wrong with humanity in general: Kira's heart is in the right place, but his head is lodged so far up his ass that he can't even tell that he's drowning in shit anymore.

As far as Setsuna is concerned, everyone on board has food, shelter, clothing, entertainment, and the Ohm (so far as they know) aren't pursuing them. Which, if you consider that Setsuna has spent a significant chunk of time alone, in the desert, with no resources, and the Azadistan army hunting for the last remnants of the KPSA... Kira's cries of "we're in a desperate struggle to survive!" make him look like some overly dramatic twit with a rather poor grasp of the reality of the situation. They're only in danger when Stacy puts them in danger.

Kira's lack of respect for the Strike Freedom is disappointing and frustrating, since, well... if Kira piloted a ZAKU, a Flag, or any other kind of mobile suit, Setsuna wouldn't care. But because Kira pilots a Gundam, he expects more out of him, and Kira falls far short of expectations. A Gundam, from Setsuna's perspective, has the power get people to live better lives, and Kira doesn't seem willing to use that power, or is unaware that he even has it. Kira seems to settle for keeping people alive and putting up with certain crap if it makes people comfortable and keeps them alive. He believes that Kira isn't doing all he can to help the crew, and is wasting the potential of his Gundam, man.

He also doesn't approve of Kira's reliance for the sensoriums for training, but that's neither here nor there.

In the end, he wants Kira to understand, and he's sure they if they don't come to an understanding soon, then they'll likely come to blows for real this time.

Well, she kicked his ass, so she does have his respect. Now that he'd ever make it obvious. He'll still be an ass around her, he still doesn't bother to remember what her name is, he'd still flirt (knowing full well that it would go absolutely nowhere), and he still wants a rematch. But, he'd actually listen if she ever gave him an order.

Kate... hmm...

He's at a weird point with her. He's willing not to rail on her as much since Cassie died. But he's not sure how to deal with her when not angrily snarking at her, since that's what their relationship is entirely based on.

Well, he likes her. He needs at least one girl to slide into the role of a sister like person, largely because he needs that honest female perspective about things. He sometimes feels that she tries to undercut his authority, but he doesn't take it as personally as he would if it were someone else.

He'd try to give her advice about her love life, but it would probably just amount to "threesome?" And, hell, she's well aware his is a wreck, so she shouldn't ever listen to him to begin with.

Yes, he is. I mean it. After finally getting over the loss of Lockon and the others four years ago, she started to really develop feelings for the Gundam. Yes, he is Gundam. |D It doesn't hurt that they're about the same age and used to be the youngest members of the team. He also grew up into a damn good looking man. She just won't tell him that to his face, she's way to shy.

Lockon may be alive here, but she's realized that he's more of a big brother than anything else.

Sadly, Julian is actually the SECOND person to say that, as the Overlord suggested a harem.

Needless to say, not helpful.

...despite their intial meeting being rather rocky, Allenby is now inclined to try to like Feldt after learning that everyone else uses their Gundams for warfare. So she would really like to get to know Feldt.

Except Allenby is not used to people who are entirely quiet (even the stoic ones on her world will at least throw a punch). She just feels awkward talking at Feldt and getting either CB tight-lippedness or Feldt's natural quietness in response. XD

BUT SHE'LL KEEP TRYING.

THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH SHE CAN SAY BEFORE TIERIA GETS PISSED OFF!

Actually, it's CB's rules of secrecy. There is only so much that she will talk about. Also, if Allenby thinks that she's quiet right now, she should have seen her in season 1. She was pretty much all :| *cling to Haro*

At least she actually talks some now.
