The Mystery Tea Meme!

How about a nice cup of tea~?

Rules:
• Post with your character(s)!
• Reply to other characters. Have your character share tea with the character they're tagging. Choose (or randomize 1 through 23) from green, jasmine, Earl Grey, Lady Grey, strawberry, mint, lemon, cherry, Chai, Oolong, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, berry, rose, English breakfast, chamomile, daffodil, thyme, Darjeeling, black, decaf, or white tea.
• They drink it.
• Both characters discover the horrifying effect of the tea below the cut.

1. Green tea: Makes the drinker wiser. Bear in mind that wise doesn't necessarily mean smart.

2. Jasmine tea: Turns boys girly, turns girl girlier.

3. Earl Grey tea: Drinkers of this tea can't tell anything but the truth.

4. Lady Grey tea: Drinkers of this tea can't tell anything but the lies.

5. Strawberry tea: Causes uncontrollable hiccups.

6. Mint tea: Completely flip your personality. Good is bad, bad is good, etc.

7. Lemon tea: As opposed to flipping personalities, suddenly gain someone else's personality!

8. Cherry tea: Ever saw a blushing virgin right before being deflowered? The people that drink this tea will show you how it's done.

9. Chai tea: The uncontrollable need dance, wherever you go!

10. Oolong tea: The uncontrollable need to express everything in the form of a song! It might be a song you already know, or you might find you've got a hidden talent for lyrics!

11. Chocolate tea: WARNING! Keep away from underaged children. Aftereffects may include: horniness, uncontrollable lust, more horniness, the need to take off clothes, a hoarse sexy voice, sweaty skin. (for the underage, causes uncomfortable heat, and cheesy pickup lines)

12. Vanilla tea: Causes childish innocence, kindness, love of everything alive.

13. Caramel tea: Have a little respect for your four-legged friends. Turns the drinker into an animal of the mun's choosing.

14. Berry tea: Ever wondered what it was like to be the opposite gender? You didn't? Too bad! Turns boys to girls and vice versa, complete with all the appropriate parts.

15. Rose tea: For the love of all that is good and shoujo, will the drinkers of this tea stop sparkling so melodramatically?

16. English breakfast tea: Not only will the drinker be more arrogant, snobbish and better than you, but they will also voice it. Loudly. Narcissism is encouraged. So is slapping them back to their senses.

17. Chamomile tea: This tea will calm you down to the point of apathy and sloth. Don't bother leaving bed, it's not even worth it.

18. Daffodil tea: SUCH A CALM TEA AT FIRST SIGHT BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN IT MAKES YOU TALK IN CAPSLOCK?

19. Thyme tea: Suddenly your clothes don't seem to fit so well... adult drinkers of this tea will be deaged to childhood. Child drinkers will be aged to adulthood.

20. Darjeeling tea: Causes the drinker to suffer severe delusions. They might just start to think they're the Queen of England, or a tree, or any number of things. I suggest you take videos for posterity and blackmail.

21. Black tea: Causes blindness.

22. Decaf tea: .. Sleep, who needs sleep?

23. White tea: Grants X-ray vision.

[She pours the tea and smiles, offering one of the cups to Nokosi and a plate with some tea for Fontaine]

[She smiles and drinks some herself, settling down next to the tree they now both sat under.]

[Fontaine eyes the plate curiously before lapping at it. Nokosi dips a finger into the cup, checking its temperature before slurping at the drink noisily.]

He had already fallen back into the grass, his cup near empty. Fontaine soon followed as well and curled up next to a sun-speckled patch.

"Yeaaah. Nice day. Nice stuff," he lazily said.

She nods, and finishes her tea before stretching and trying to pull at ... nothing cause she didn't have her hat.

"I miss my hat... Hats really."

He plucked a strand of grass and rose his hand...slowly...slowly...until it was hovering over her head. He let the grass drop over her head but didn't wait to see if it actually landed before he dropped his arm back to his side.

"Hat. Prooooblem solved."

"That doe-" She yawned lightly. "That doesn't h-help Kosi..." She sighs and looks up lazily at the tree.

"You...said...hat. It is now...a hat. You can..." He turned on his side to face the girl, folding an arm under his head as he did. A long yawn escaped him, clearly showing all of his teeth.

He grabbed the end of the strand of grass and lifted it, "tip the hat like...a proper lady or...gentleman if you want. Don't care either way."

She laughed happily and gave him a lazy smack on the shoulder. "Don't be dumb Kosi, you-" Yawwwwwnnnnn "You know what I meant..."

"Technicalities...deem it a hat. If you don't like my fashion styling..." He lay his hand flat over the leaf, "There. New hat. Don' complain. You know what I miss but I could...do without?" A total change of subject, pretty much.

"Bein' long lived like...why's it elves live for so long but...they don't learn everything ever?"

She looked at him before giving a light shrug. "Dunno, most elves are too busy being geno... xeno? Whatever... Something I don't really care about right now." She pats the side next to her for Fontaine to come over.

"Hey Kosi, you think we'll make it out fine?"

"Yes!" He made grabby hands for the cup of tea, sighing happily at the aroma. "It smells so good," the elf remarked, cautiously poking his tongue in the tea to test the temperature.

"It does," Starfire agreed, taking a sip when she couldn't resist the temptation anymore.

"It is glori---" Hiccup. A loud, squeaky hiccup interrupted her, prompting her to slap a hand over her mouth.

When he was sure he wasn't going to be burned, he down the entire mug in one swig. He brought the mug down to comment on the tea, only to find that when he opened his mouth a hiccup was the first thing to escape.

"I-" His ears wobbled with the hiccup that interrupted him and he looked down to the cup curiously.

Starfire whined, clutching at her throat.

"I was told that tea---" hiccup "---helped illness!" This is so bizarre.

"It can cu-" hiccup, "re a l-" hiccup, "lot of things, actually. Na-" He bounced with two hiccups this time. "tural medicine and all," the elf finally finished, a hand rubbing against his chest.

Starfire floated over to him, hiccuping all the way, and placed her hand over his for a moment.

"Then we must-" hiccup "-find another cure".

"You're probably righ-" hiccup, "right. I'm so jealous that you-" hiccup, hiccup, "Can fly." He finished, unhelpfully and completely changing the subject.

On the plus side, every time a fit of hiccups hit him his piercings bounced with his ears, creating a delightful racket melody that he was beginning to appreciate.

Starfire leaned over to investigate the piercings, trying to giggle---but she hiccuped so severely that she flew backward and stumbled.

"Flying is glorious," she managed to say without a hiccup, but she paid for that with a long string of them afterward, leaving her gasping. Great.

He laughed, the sound getting mangled and chopped up by loud hiccups. "Youareokay?" Nokosi said quickly, hoping to avoid his words being interrupted. Success!

"Ithinkthatweneed," he paused, clawing at his throat in annoyance. "Somewaterorsomethi-" hiccup. Curses!

"Yes," she squeaked out between hiccups, forcing herself to fly over for some water.

"Here," it was offered a few moments later, her hand shaking. "Ifthisdoesnotwork-" hiccup "-Iwillattemptthe-" hiccup "-remediesofmypeople."
