4. Lady Grey tea: Drinkers of this tea can't tell anything but the lies.

6. Mint tea: Completely flip your personality. Good is bad, bad is good, etc.

12. Vanilla tea: Causes childish innocence, kindness, love of everything alive.

13. Caramel tea: Have a little respect for your four-legged friends. Turns the drinker into an animal of the mun's choosing.

15. Rose tea: For the love of all that is good and shoujo, will the drinkers of this tea stop sparkling so melodramatically?

16. English breakfast tea: Not only will the drinker be more arrogant, snobbish and better than you, but they will also voice it. Loudly. Narcissism is encouraged. So is slapping them back to their senses.

17. Chamomile tea: This tea will calm you down to the point of apathy and sloth. Don't bother leaving bed, it's not even worth it.

18. Daffodil tea: SUCH A CALM TEA AT FIRST SIGHT BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN IT MAKES YOU TALK IN CAPSLOCK?

19. Thyme tea: Suddenly your clothes don't seem to fit so well... adult drinkers of this tea will be deaged to childhood. Child drinkers will be aged to adulthood.

20. Darjeeling tea: Causes the drinker to suffer severe delusions. They might just start to think they're the Queen of England, or a tree, or any number of things. I suggest you take videos for posterity and blackmail.

21. Black tea: Causes blindness.

22. Decaf tea: .. Sleep, who needs sleep?

23. White tea: Grants X-ray vision.

I'd rather you pour me coffee, but we'll have to make do.

Oh thank GOD, I rolled an 11 before I saw you had the number. PHEW.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 02:38 pm (UTC)(link)
That's fine! I wanted to talk to you anyway. How have you been?

::Pours her a cup of tea.::

I actually had 11 at first too and rerolled it. A LITTLE TOO AWKWARDZ.

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 03:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Ugh, this week. [She snorts. It's as much of an answer as she feels like giving. She takes a sip.] You?

[Her tapping against the table takes on a decidedly dancey rhythm.]

Re: I actually had 11 at first too and rerolled it. A LITTLE TOO AWKWARDZ.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 03:42 pm (UTC)(link)
I know. [She sighed, but definitely felt much better than she had a week ago.] Not too bad. I'm still down, but my friends are doing well, so I can't complain. I'm happy for them.

[She takes a sip, and starts to move her legs a little restlessly.]

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 08:27 pm (UTC)(link)
So I take it you talked to Aang? [She starts bobbing her head to the rhythm, then casts a suspicious look at Katara's restless leg.] Is this tea caffeinated?

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 08:47 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah. [She didn't look too happy here.] He "forgave" me, which just means he's dealing but doesn't want to be in a relationship with me until I change or show him I'm the same girl he fell in love with.

She stayed silent, but was silently moving to a beat. "Caffeine?"

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 09:56 pm (UTC)(link)
"Oh, muchacha, I know a break hurts, but given time and communication - alright what the hell?" She startles as she gets up and starts tapdancing.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 10:11 pm (UTC)(link)
Muchacha. She didn't know what the word meant, but it was comforting, even when she still felt really lost about what was happening there.

"I just want him to.." But she didn't get to finish her sentence. It was as if she had just seen Sheeana's dance and was trying to imitate it. She moved fluidly, her arms and legs in tandem, imitating an intimate dance she would never have shown anyone else...heck, even now.

Thank you evil tea.

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 10:36 pm (UTC)(link)
"That, um-" She might be a lot more eloquent if she could actually dance, instead of this flailing, clumsy attempt at a Fred Astaire impersonation. "Does - Katara, I'm pretty sure most school districts would ban that sort of dancing."

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-03 11:15 pm (UTC)(link)
"It-isn't-something-I-do-often!" Katara insisted, turning red. "I-don't-even-know-why-I'm DOINGITNOW!"

She tried to stop herself, but instead started in on another dance, this time more of a capoiera sort of dance, both with fighting and the fancy footwork.

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 12:35 am (UTC)(link)
"Clearly. And obviously I'm a master of tap," she snorts before thankfully switching to a clumsier but less energetic mockery of ballet and falling over. "That one looks almost like martial arts- oof!"

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 02:17 am (UTC)(link)
"IT-IS!" Katara said, doing three black flips and then a full on cartwheel before landing swiftly on her feet and doing a twirl with one foot out.

"Aang and I did this once!" She said, doing a few flying roundhouse kicks.

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 03:23 am (UTC)(link)
"Well, try not to Jackie Chan me in the face and I'll try not to knock over the table while...releve-ing or whatever." Now she's getting angry with this whole impulse to dance thing. She very much doesn't like feeling this way, out of control. The initial charm, if there was any, has long since passed.

Or maybe it's just because she nearly somersaulted over a chair in what might have been a plie.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 04:06 am (UTC)(link)
"Jackie...what?" Katara asked, moving away from Eva and flipping abut before making a pretty big jump in the air and landing with a superb split. She had no idea what the purpose of a flip would be, but here it was, weirdness and all.

"Are you ok?" She asked, still moving.

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 04:38 am (UTC)(link)
"Yep, just getting into position for The Worm," she cracks, not minding all that much that Katara won't get the pop culture references. Somehow, she stymies the urge to get up and do the opening routine from Chicago with the chair, largely because one of the legs is broken. So instead she uses the broken leg as a baton and does a little jig. "Are all your ligaments and tendons still in place after that circus act?"

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 05:04 am (UTC)(link)
"The Worm," Katara repeated, thinking of her former masters on the ship. The Worm meant something to them, something that had an intricate meaning to life and the way they decided to live it. While the Bene Gesserit had their own way of dealing with things that had an ideology all its own, she simply shook her head.

"Huh? Of course I am. Why would any of this hurt me?"

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 01:34 pm (UTC)(link)
"Because if I tried to do the splits I'd break my legs." Youth, Katara, don't take it for granted.

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 02:13 pm (UTC)(link)
"Oh!" Katara looked embarrassed. "Well, I've gotten pretty flexible since traveling around our world practicing yoga and such, and then more so when we arrived on the ship. When I was an apprentice for an order on the ship, it was practically a requirement. Our first lesson was to be able to move the smallest muscle independently."

[identity profile] vissernone.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 03:12 pm (UTC)(link)
"When I was a teenager I used to practice moving one eyebrow in the mirror. Sort of the same thing but not really," she says, still flailing more than dancing. "Alright, I'm bored of this. Somebody pull out the tranquilizer darts."

[identity profile] kaya-waterwave.livejournal.com 2011-03-04 08:00 pm (UTC)(link)
Katara laughed, and did a back somersault over the table, then started to do a quick one two step which turned into a jig, which she couldn't help but smile at.

"Hey, this is like the kind of dance Jamie showed me! Neat!"
