The book simply stared off into the distance in blank, numb horror. Atop his upper edge, the stylish afro wig had started to slip just slightly to the side. The trenchcoat he might not have minded so much if she hadn't pinned it to his covers, but those pins itched like crazy! At least she wasn't big on makeup.

"How about some ARMS?!" he complained to the girl, who was puttering around behind him, probably to inflict some further indignity on him.

"Arms are overrated!" Lash said back. "Besides, you have enough sturdiness in your covers to do better!"

Once she began affixing the death ray mount to him, Zetta started feeling a lot better about this whole process.
