Can he clearly articulate what he wants and when he wants it? That's all that matters. Tone is just noise.

What he wants? Incredibly well, however virtually no one will understand it as his science is waaaay ahead of anyone here to the best of my knowledge. When he wants it he can also state clearly, however it will be impossibly soon because well, it's very complicated.
