There's no healing that's easy for some things. Realistically speaking (from experience, no less) time does not always heal all wounds.

I wouldn't say I'm that far into your mind (I'm not that incredibly nosy) but I do hear quite the bit of gossip and other completely inane things on this ship.

It DOES make perfect. Besides, some confused fumbling and awkwardness and imperfection can be fun. Not, mind you, that what you just did wasn't amazing -- I mean, you don't need me to tell you what I thought about it, you already know!

I guess you wouldn't have much chance to do things personally given that you can't be around too many people, but... why not take advantage of the option now while you can? And if you would allow me the honors, why, I would be pleased beyond measure to flatter you both in words and action to your heart's content.

(I'm pretty sure that after that little mental boot-knocking you're on a first-name basis with me though!)
