And now for a meme made just for the meatship! It's the adventures of:

+ Post with your character

+ Your tagging partner goes to the Randomizer page and enters 1 - 4 on the True Random Number Generator.

+ Get a number!

+ Each number causes a special effect:

1 - Sex Swap! Surprise, you're suddenly the opposite sex of what you were before. Is your partner too (that depends on them)? If your character has neither, either ignore this one, or feel free to give them one now. Double the surprise!

2 - Soul Swap! Oh no! Looks like something malfunctioned on the ship and now you and your tagging partner have switched bodies. Will you try to fix it? ...Will one of you take advantage of it?

3 - Memory Swap! It appears you and your poor friend were stuck in a malfunction caused by Stacy and she has accidentally given each of you each other's precious memories. Not all of them mind you, but really important ones, especially the type you wouldn't want share around. What do you do now? How will this affect your relationship?

4 - Animal Swap! Oh fiddlesticks. Something went terribly wrong in the sensoriums and you've been turned into an animal. What is it? How does your partner react? Are you turned into an animal too? Can you fix this problem or will you be stuck like this...even when you step out?

Soren looks very, very unhappy. Also, slightly shorter. "Really? 'I don't see much diff'? Well, thank you for that ever-so-astute observation. I am so relieved to be in the company of someone who so consistently offers insightful, carefully reasoned opinions from a viewpoint so different from my own."

Yeah, he's spitting mad.

"Your what?" Soren may be a master mage and tactician, but he has no idea what Punchy's talking about.

"Wh... what?!" Soren's sputtering. He's totally sputtering.

"Fiesty?! You... cad! Pervert! Devil!"

Soren is now thwapping at Punchy with scrawny magefists. Well, they're scrawny, but he's not as terribly weak as he might look. His strength caps out at 23, and while that isn't as impressive as the shining green 40 that is his magic stat, it's decent.

"You call yourself a hero?! You're nothing of the sort! Ike would never... ever...!"

"Ow! Dawg, don't make me ice you!" he says, grabbing Soren's wrists and keeping him back in a non-violent hold. "'Sides, I ain't into kinky shit."

This is too much for Soren, who stops trying to pummel Punchy (in fact, were he less confused and upset, he'd probably have tried a nice Thoron spell instead of using his pitifully underdeveloped melee skills. He lowers his head so that his bangs fall over his eyes. He's shaking a little, but soundlessly.

Why is all this happening to him? He was happy. His world might have been about to end even before the Ohm came, but he'd been happy for once in his goddamned life.

Punchy lets Soren's wrists go, concern washing over his features. "Hey, yo, I was just messing with you, I wasn't really aggro. You okay?"

Soren jerks away, resolutely staring in any direction but Punchy's. "I am perfectly fine. And once I get this resolved, I will be better than fine."

He spins neatly on one heel and marches to the exit.

Punchy follows him for a few feet but doesn't say anything, staring after him, trying to figure out how he's going to make sure this dude (girl?) is okay.
