The Sensorium Clothing Malfunction Meme

Just a typical day on the meatship WHEN SUDDENLY your characters in the sensoriums get switched to different outfits that they were wearing before and can't seem to change them back! What happens if someone else comes in? What happens if more than one person comes in? Will they be affected too?

1. Comment with a character

2. The commenting person either picks from the list, or uses RNG (1-30) to pick from the list.
3. The commenting character is now wearing that.
4. The other character rolls or picks as well and is now wearing the number they got.
5. You pick the situation of how this all happened and go forth and CR away!
6. Reroll for each new post you get and most importantly...
7. HAVE FUN!

[She's wearing a rather short red Security dress and waving.]

Hello! Are you well today?

[Well hello there! This is Splicer smiling rather widely at the very pleasant sight while apparently wearing lots of leather, goggles, straps, belts, chains, pouches etc!]

Hey there Star, I'm doing much better now that I get ta see ya.

[He winked, walking over to her with a smile.]

[Starfire wonders. She flies over, eying the new additions with interest.]

I am glad. Oh---are you going into battle? Your clothing appears heavier than usual.

[Taking a gander at his outfit, he raises an eyebrow.]

What the... Hmm I wasn't wearin' this a moment ago... I mean, no, not really.

But, a better question would be, where are you headed in such a lovely ensemble beautiful?

[She smiles. Yes, he's all right, but what is she doing?]

I was planning to train. I will still be able to, but I do not understand everything I have been given.

[She holds up a tricorder. It's...a little black device that beeps.]

Is it a weight?

I can help ya train, I was planning on doing the same before you came in actually, tho... I don't know if I'll be able to focus.

[He laughs happily and shakes his head before looking at the device and shrugs.]

I've seen things of the sort, but you never know with this place. Give it a shot, test it out or somethin'.

You cannot focus?

[Oh, Starfire can fix that. She summons the most horrifying creature she can think of---bright red, yellow narrowed eyes, bared teeth coated in blood, spikes everywhere. It doesn't attack yet, it just looks pretty.]

We are training to protect our lives. We must focus.

[And so she tests it---on her monster. The readings are red and beeping everywhere. It must be very volatile]

This is a negative outcome, yes?

[He of course can't help but chuckle at her determination and solution to his 'problem'. Of course he had pointed his rifle at the creature the moment it appeared, and still had it trained on its head in case it moved.]

Hmm, did you try anything else? Maybe leaving it pressed, or trying something else? Jus' looks like either an alarm or comm device to me.

[She tries pushing the button. Those sounds are even louder.]

Yes, I believe it is a warning. If we fight this creature, it will be very dangerous.

[Splicer nodded, looking at the creature and standing besides Starfire.]

No worries, s'long as we stick together, we can take it down Star.

Then let us start.

[Looking odd against the red uniform, her starbolts flare to life. Another second later, she flies to the side and the battle starts. Her opening volley of bolts has little effect at first.]

[Splicer would never cease to be amazed at her conviction and dedication. She was a fighter through and through. At her initial assault, he let loose a few rounds from his sniper rifle, aiming at usual vital spots from similar creatures, afterwards he seemed to have disappeared and reappeared near Star's position, re-aiming his rifle from the new vantage point.]

Don' be thinkin' I need ta tell an experience gal like ya, but make sure ta not get hit Star.

I understand.

[She swerved out of the way and hit hard with her foot, bouncing back with a concentrated beam. That made slightly more of an impact, but she'd have to pound away at it for a while.]

Please do not become injured either.

Got it!

[He replied as he not only let loose a few more accurate shots into the creature, but also lobbing a grenade at it before shadowjumping to another spot and resetting his aim again.]

Tho, if you were the medic, I wouldn't mind gettin' roughed up jus' ta have ya look at me. [He grinned playfully as he joked around.]

[Starfire shook her head.] I will always worry about you, but I am no medic!

[She struck again, harder this time. If they hit it as one, perhaps they could win.]

[It was almost as if he could read her movements, and thought, which in turn was the truth, being a telepath and all. He took a moment to focus a psychic build up around the creature's head and concentrated.]

Aim for the head Star!

[He let the power built up, his body tensing, ready to let loose a powerful Mind Lash assault on the creature.]

[Ready? She is.]

Yes! Take that!

[Starfire roared, bringing her hands together and firing all at once---a large starbolt beam and an eyebeam straight to the center.]

[And just like that, he let all the built up energy loose, causing a massive psionic blast in the area where Star's attack collided with. The perfect timing between both attacks practically made the creature implode from the massive concentration of energy from both attacks.

Splicer took a moment to get his bearings back, catching his breath with a wide smile.]

You're one helluva force ta be reckoned with love. Gotta hand it to ya.

[Whew. They did it. Starfire flicked the residue off her skirt with a smile and leaned down, trapping him in a little hug.]

You are the same. Do you see? It is perfectly possible to focus!

[The hug of course was an added bonus, making him put an arm around her waist and keep her close to him, pressed against his body gently as he smiled down at her, his eyes locked on hers.]

Yeah, I guess ya were right. Tho, I have no doubt I can do anythin' s'long as you're around.

[He gave her a playful wink.]

I do not doubt it either.

[Beaming. Yay, they did it! She's now poking at bits of his costume.]

Though I still do not know who this is meant for.

No idea, but it proved to add a bit of fun to the odd scenario don' ya think? I mean, I sure enjoyed it, mostly 'cause you're here, but that's beside the point. You make any situation brighter.

[He smiled down at her, enjoying the closeness of their bodies at the moment. It was relaxing and very much fun, not to mention she really had a way to make him feel much better regardless of the situation.]
