The Sensorium Clothing Malfunction Meme

Just a typical day on the meatship WHEN SUDDENLY your characters in the sensoriums get switched to different outfits that they were wearing before and can't seem to change them back! What happens if someone else comes in? What happens if more than one person comes in? Will they be affected too?

1. Comment with a character

2. The commenting person either picks from the list, or uses RNG (1-30) to pick from the list.
3. The commenting character is now wearing that.
4. The other character rolls or picks as well and is now wearing the number they got.
5. You pick the situation of how this all happened and go forth and CR away!
6. Reroll for each new post you get and most importantly...
7. HAVE FUN!

A defense force with guns? Now THAT sounded cool.

"They're the soldiers that guard Earth on their space vessels. Actually, that's a much better uniform then they have..."

"Well that's something you're going to have to show me then," Mindy said. "It would probably take some time for me to learn how to drive a space vessel though. Driving a car was hard enough. But who knows? If they have the right fire power I might be one of those kind of soldiers. I do have a bit of a problem with authority though..."

"Hmm. Actually I think they all ended up brainwashed in the service of angels. But I could be wrong," he said. "My memory for games that aren't mine isn't the best.

"Angels? Ha! That's one mistake I won't be making! I'm supposed to be a demon anyway, right? So why would I go and side with angels for? Though now that I think about it, what do you mean games?"

"What, haven't I been clear? I'm the star of a video game! That's why I can see status screens and talk in terms of stats and levels."

Mindy just looked skeptical. "Ok, let's say I'm good with that, which I'm not saying I am yet: what happens in some of the other video games in your world?"

Great. Now this was one of those rare times she wished she was more of a nerd.

"Oh, normally it features a demon who through the course of the game comes to accept his or her feelings and be in touch with their inner emotions and crap."

A pause.

"Thank Magog I'm just from a side game."

Sure, Zetta.

"What? That shit sounds really boring. Be in touch with their inner emotions? What good is that going to do on this ship?"

She snickered. "But what's a side game? A game that's more aweosome?"

"It's not in the main line. It's just related. You know, like a spinoff."

Hit Girl laughed. "Are you serious? Shouldn't you be one of the main characters or something, being the most badass Overlord ever?"

"I'm too strong! The tradition is you start at level 1 and grind up. Not level 2000 and awesome!"

All that was good for was a tutorial battle!

"That is pretty bad ass actually," Mindy said, thinking about it. "But do they get to play as you for the entire game?"

You know, if she actually BELIEVED all of this.

"Naw, I mean, I'm a book. Not much play value there. So the minions I summon all start at level 1."

It's not like he just made up all the status screen and level and stat information!

"Ok, that actually makes sense," Hit Girl said, and it did. She doubted anyone would want to play a book all day, of course the minions were going to have to be the one you play.

"Which minions were they anyway? Anyone I know?"

"Naw, they were just generic characters, make 'em fresh every playthrough." So technically all of them would LOOK familiar...

"Aww. I wanted to ask what being one of those characters was like," Hit Girl said, the got a suspicious look on her face. "Wait a minute: aren't we technically like that, since we're all new to the game or something?"

"Well it's not like you're in the game," Zetta said, "but if you WERE you'd be unique characters."

Hit Girl laughed. "You know, I keep trying to imagine myself pixilated, and I can't really do it! The whole weirdness of it throws me off. And could you imagine Ruff like that? It would be hilarious!"

But then again, it might be funny too, a crazy, viking pixle Ruffnut.

"Well, for what it's worth, the graphics are really upgraded in 4."

Oh yeah, those two would be alarming and hilarious as sprites.

"Well good," Mindy said. "I happen to think me and Ruff would look pretty bad ass in 3D, thanks. So long as we're not a movie, anyway."

"Oh, the series is NEVER going to 3D characters! Sprites are part of its charm!"

"True: anyway, people do too much 3D bullshit in my world anyway, usually to make up for shitty storylines and whatnot. A waste of fucking money. There was a time (dad says anyway) when blowing into a cartridge and have a controller with two buttons was enough. And if you were feeling violent, you could shoot ducks."
