Vega likes Yuri. He can't really hold a grudge after the mistletoe incident, she's just so nice. He also kind of gets that she's a bit more timid than he is, though he doesn't exactly grasp how much more. He'll look out for Yuri readily, she's seriously one of the best friends he's ever had.

Vega does like Nanoha, he gets the sneaking suspicion she wants to boss him around so he's on his guard, but she seems to be a nice person and to like him and Fury. Which is awesome in his book. He likes that she listens to him when he talks and doesn't just push him along like a little kid who can't do anything.

Vega likes Jamie in the same way he likes everybody who hasn't given him a reason not to, plus somewhat distant familiarity from home. He also respects him as an older pilot. One that Vega's sure, in his cockiness, that he could beat, but an older pilot. And the Blitz Team's tactician, and considering their record, he has to be doing something right!

Vega has a hard time latching onto the idea that Jamie's been through stuff he doesn't know about, even with the evidence of the Geno. (Which he thinks is awesome and he totally wants to fanboy over. :P) This is kinda a pattern with Vega, he sorta does this in-one-ear-out-the-other thing with stuff he doesn't instantly understand or take interest in. Attention span on this one be shooooort.

Vega isn't precisely afraid of Leon, but he's pretty aware that Leon doesn't like him for some reason. It is completely beyond Vega what that reason is. He also doesn't like being bossed around, so naturally that comes into account when Vega interacts with Leon. Vega will gladly avoid Leon, just because he makes him uncomfortable.

Sherry's one of Vega's buddies, you know. Her dad's kinda scary and she likes schoolin's waaaaaay too much, but she's alright. He also is of the opinion that they totally need to get back at Roxie and Yuri somehow. He just has no idea how to accomplish this.

Like Yuri, Sherry's one of the best friends he's ever had.
