Doc hovers somewhere between thinking she's awesome in a general 'badass medstaff unite' way, thinking she's a good friend, and soooort of wanting to ask her out but figuring he'd get shot down AND rolly-chaired so it's probably not a good idea.

Also there is a lot of squashing in appropriate thoughts, but you knew that.
