Surprisingly, yes.

Dustin’s thoughts about Nanoha were roughly along those lines when he first met her—her powers were intriguing, yes, but the fact that she labeled things as ‘magic’ only made her appear ignorant in his eyes. Not to mention Nanoha caught him at a really bad time.

However, the boy does read his Omnicom. And he admires how Nanoha is really taking charge of this situation. Dustin’s respect for her abilities might not be extremely high, but he can respect someone who can get things done and who can fight (both of which she’s proven she can do).

In short, if Nanoha ever finds herself in charge, she’ll have Dustin’s backing. It won’t be especially enthusiastic, but it’s the thought that counts, yeah?

Well then. Nanoha's always happy to give someone another chance, so hopefully they'll have a chance to interact sometime when tensions are running less high than they are at the moment :3
