Steve, you make her worry 10 times more than any other person on the ship. For a variety of reason, all culminating in that she likes you and values your friendship. Miku thinks that Steve is pretty awesome for trying things that he isn't necessarily used to, and even if they can't talk about some subjects the fun she does have with him outweighs things they don't know about each other.
