Ickle Meatships!

Hopefully no one sues me for semi-stealing the SLEEP meme format but!

ICKLE!

Think about or think back on the childhood days/younger days of your character (or your character now if they already are kids). There's a huge playroom with a mountain of toys....

Have fun, Kids! And no fightings!

Brainy frowns even more (he seems to do this a lot) at the talk of researchers and tests. "That's just barbaric," he says. "How backwards are you?"

"Really? Because I get tested all the time, and it's not so bad. It's kind of boring, but I don't think I'd call it 'barbaric'." Wyn says with a shrug.

Brainy, your social skills are not improving. "We're not backwards." Tal snaps. "Just because we're from a different planet than you doesn't mean we're barbarians, either."

"You're talking about forcing people to undergo tests just for being different," he points out. "That's, if not barbaric, at the very least extremely offensive. How can you expect it to come across as anything but backwards?"

He looks at Wyn curiously. "What tests do they make you undertake?"

"Um, mostly functional magnetic resonance imaging for cognitive psychophysiological testing." Wyn says. Her tone of voice makes it abundantly clear that this is normal for her. "I did that Myers-Briggs thing a while ago, and I think they've given up on IQ testing. Finally."

"Wyn, you don't just--" Facepalm.

That doesn't sound quite as bad as the images conjured by the broad term 'tests', but it's still not something he'd want without his permission. He'd had enough of that on Colu.

"Most of that would be pointless on me," he says. "My brain is nothing like yours, and I've already had far better tests on Colu. My intellect is extremely high, as well." He can't resist adding that last part.
