THE MORNING AFTER MEME!

We haven't done this one in a while, and it usually ends up being cracktastic fun. (I'll just have to remember to turn off comment notifications this time...)

Rules
1. Post as your character, who should be asleep somewhere with somebody else next to them. They don't remember how they got there, and they don't really remember what happened last night. (For extra credit, it could also be a couple of somebodies.)
2. Wake up. Freak out. Rinse. Repeat.
3. Have fun~!

PS- Alcohol doesn't have to be involved, and neither does sex. Use your imaginaaaations!

[As if the Doctor wasn't a light sleeper to begin with.]

[Thank goodness he's still clothed. Can we expect the same from Jamie?]

[Actually, Jamie -is- fully clothed, amazingly enough, although his dirk isn't on him. Which is probably good, because sharp pointy things - even when sheathed - tend to be a little uncomfortable for the other person in close quarters.

Especially when said other person is mistaken for a pillow. The offending arm is half draped over the Doctor now, but loosely enough it could easily be shoved off. Jamie doesn't appear to have heard the exclamation.]

[It takes the Doctor a moment to recognize the figure next to him. When he does he is both mildly disturbed and reluctant to shove the piper off the bed. It wasn't like close contact with Jamie was a foreign concept, after all. Thus he goes with gentler methods, such as giving his snuggly companion a series of progressively rougher shakes on his shoulder.]

"Jamie? Jamie."

[bonnypiperlad]

[It takes a few of those shakes before Jamie actually responds, but eventually he does.]

Mm. Hmm. Wha?

[His eyes slowly open, but when he sees that it's Doctor, he abruptly sits up and looks over at him.] Doctor? Why are ye in my quarters? Is there something the matter?

[The lying next to him in bed part hasn't sunk in yet.]

[Yes, the Doctor's having a hard time believing it himself.]

"I was going to ask you roughly the same question. Is this your room?"

Aye, it should be. I came here after training and...

[Jamie glances around, but doesn't see any of his familiar things, and it dawns on him that they are both actually in the same bed. While Jamie has been known to get quite close to the Doctor in the past, they do generally have separate sleeping arrangements.]

This isn't my room.

[He pulls a face.] Och, not again.
