It helps somewhat, but I'm still unsure whether my joining the dating scene would be advisable. With my schedule, it would be difficult to be an attentive partner.

Don't worry Billy, love has a way of hitting you when you least expect it and it can make you do some crazy things. Theoretically, I'm with you, but in practice... it's complicated. But you have nothing to apologize or make excuses for.
