Tell confessa-a-bear

Here's how we do it.

1. Make a post for each character confessing something. It could be ceiling-cat, inner angst, a secret love, or hey, maybe you just want to list all the things that the character feels are so pent up inside him just bursting to get out. Weight of the world on his shoulders?
2. People reply to those posts with reactions to the confessions. It can be "what were you smoking when you did that" or "uhwhat?" or even "nice job, buddy!"
3. Forced honesty, uh-yep.
4. Bonus! Make as many confessions as you'd like!
5. Profit!

Has any one ever told you that judges and juries are not infallible? That they can be wrong? If not, allow me to enlighten you.

They said it was true and placed me in Port South. I have no memory of it but... How does it work?

They can be swayed by popular opinion if the evidence is not protected, or if the trial is widely publicized. Which is why trials on my world were usually blocked to the media until the verdict was reached. Also, if a jury member or a judge was revealed to have viewed media reaction to a case, they were usually replaced.

Media? Like the Dockside News? The Oracle?

If those are newspapers, then yes, that counts as media.

Well...I hope you get my meaning then. I'm not certain I could explain it better, though if you want me to, I'd try.

I do not understand how influences from somewhere....'outside'...could taint the decisions within a Judge or Jury. Are they not supposed to be life-forms of honour?

Judge. Jury. They're still humans. I'm sure most judges and juries at least try, but that doesn't mean they succeed.

Though knowing this, it gives me some insight on why in particular you've got a chip on your shoulder against my species.

Chip? ::sniffs::

...Trusting has always been difficult. Trusting in Humans is..that much more.

Let's say I understand a bit more why you don't trust humans and seem to hold their own actions against them. In your eyes, they deserve it.
