DRUNK MEME

The premise is really very simple: The characters posted here are getting drunk at this on-planet marketplace. If your character would normally do so, you need no further instruction. Have fun!

If your character's a teetotaler, though, no worries. All the foods and beverages here at this strange marketplace of wonders are so imperceptibly alcohol-laced that no one will have a clue until it's too late. :3 By then, the fun's already beginning and there is NO ESCAPE. You are all DOOMED to suffer. Or puke. Or be really really super, if you're the type to process alcohol amazingly well.

Eat, drink, and have a party! There's plenty of partying with the locals over here for your characters to join in on. You have the vendors' corridor and a field outside it to roam around in, and for some reason the outdoor field is stocked with enormous gliding kites. This recipe sounds pretty disasteriffic to me.

So he was still going with the creepy. Good thing she was drunk-she could pretend to forget having this part of the conversation.

"Really? Well, who's the strongest now? I mean, who's stronger than someone that can bump into planets and destroy them?"

Aaah, he probably won't remember the casual lechery when he sheds some of the booze out of his system. Unfortunately, he will always remember his own self-importance, no matter how drunk. "ME!" he bellowed. "I'm the most badlord freakin' overassssss in the cosmos! And, uh, Prom. Prong. Praaaaaaaaaaaam. Praaam the Oracle is probably second below me."

Katara snickered, then brought out another pint. "Hey, why don't you share this with me? We can drink and sing drinking songs, and I can hear about how awesome you thin-I mean, how awesome you are?"

Heck, why not? He might be too drunk to get creepy with her anymore.

"Hyaaa ha ha ha! Hey--- hey, hey, hey---" Zetta said 'hey' a bit more, because this was so clever and he'd forgotten how many times he'd said it --"...can ya bend this stuff?"

To answer him, Katara brought her hand out and started streaming the alcohol in the air with almost no effort. To finish, she flung it high in the air, opening her mouth and having it land neatly in her mouth.

"Want some that way too?"

"It'd help," the book said. The armless, no real way to drink book. How had he gotten so damn smashed in the first place?

The minion by his side probably had the answer.

Katara giggled. "Okay, stand back!"

She rolled her head back and brought some more of the liquor, streaming it high in the air before she streamed it right into the mouth of the book.

She even shot some toward the minion. If it just happened to drench him, she'd consider it payback for the grope earlier.

The Overlord caught it. The minion had to weave a little, but so did she -- after which she promptly fell over, giggling.

"I like you, Kaataaaaraaaa.... yer power is USEFUL," the Overlord drawled.

Katara laughed, the reaction of the minion actually pretty funny. Wait a minute. She was groped by a GIRL minion?!

She shook her head, shaking this. She was young, after all.

"Water is in everything!" she said, giggling. "How could it NOT be useful?"

Yep. Of course, the minion was so very flat, it might be difficult to tell sometimes.

"Not much in me right now. Uhhhhh, 'sides the booze."

"Need more?" Katara laughed and streamed some more into the book. Conversation this way was still really funny. "Here, have some too, gropey minion girl."
