Oh, I don't know about that, Doctor. What about that wee tea shop we visited on Hesperia Prime?

That, Jamie, hasn't been decent for several centuries and two uprisings. And it's closed. Out of business. New management didn't work out.

Exactly. You don't get tea like that everyday. Not that I couldn't make it every day, I just don't have a reason too.

[Jamie - having made short work of the tea - settles back down, yawning. The cough seems to have subsided for the moment, and he's suddenly very tired.]

Think I might have a wee bit of a lie down, though.

[And that is certainly not a Doctorly sort of hovering. He CAN, however, threaten Jamie with plenty more awfully tacky covers. He'd gone through a phase of collecting them at some point.

[For a moment, it seems like he's drifted off, but then he opens his eyes again, looking over at the Time Lord rather sleepily.]

[Having settled on a seat next to him]

Yes, Jamie?

I'm glad you're awake again.

[Jamie gives him a small smile, then closes his eyes again. This time, he does fall asleep.]

[The Doctor smiles back and gives the cover mountain a fond couple of pats at what he thinks should be Jamie's shoulder. Or back.

Whenever Jamie's up again, he'll find another tray, this time with a full pot of tea. The Doctor's folded up in his chair, reading a book]
