Karis likes him - she reminds him of a Forsaken in a few ways, despite his whole being trappedi n book form. However, he's also a demon and her people got screwed over hard by a demon in the past, so she doesn't entirely trust him. However, he's someone who shares her views, who knows where she's coming from and who she can relate to - so she likes him well enough. Not quite a friend, but someone she trusts more then the other people on the ship.

He's an OK guy. For a dragon-breather. At least he's not trying to kill her and they share some interests. A step up from all of the humans, anyway.

Decent kid! Likes fishing. Can't be all bad, for a Breather. She also seems willing enough to take Karis in without instantly condemning her, so that's a nice change of pace from home. Thinks she's got spirit and likes her well enough.

Interesting kid. Smart, for a breather, but still a breather. Not sure how she feels about him and his arguments. Slight irritation, easing towards actually liking the little bastard.

She finds him incredibly odd, but can't help but like him because you know, at least he's not hating her. he's frustrating as hell and she'd like to hit him sometimes. Mostly he just confuses her and she wonders why he's bothering with her.
