Sasami sees Hoshi as one of her surrogate big sisters, along with both Hay Lin and Aqua. If anything, she's probably the more motherly of the trio.

Sasami's still on the fence concerning Hit Girl. Her attitude reminds her a lot of Ryoko and she realizes it's because of her training. At the same time, though, she feels that whatever's left of the old Mindy's swimming around in there and she'd love to see her.

Even if that meant peeling away Hit Girl to do so.

Sasami probably has a lot to be thankful for towards Nathan. She's realized she blew it way back during the first elections with her flailing and tantrums and probably those with less patience would have left her to rot after she came crawling back.

She's grown up a bit thanks to him. One day, she'd like to pay him back for it.
