Goliath is his buddy because they're both alone in a sense on the ship, being the only ones of their respective species awake. He's kind of serious, but Kang's pretty sure he could get the guy to loosen up a bit over time. Drink moar booze. He'd trust Goliath with his life because he knows he'd get the same treatment back.
