Well, I mean, he knows what he did, but he thinks he must have done something additional to earn her current ire.

Basically, he's an adult. Where Nura is from, she and her teammates don't really put a lot of trust in adults, who've oppressed them and broken them and ruled them basically like children are property.

Nura put a lot of trust in Luis, and she really did think of him as a friend, so...for her to find out that she was wrong to place her trust in him. An adult. And find out that.
