Kate is very talented, and is a woman Kartara would like to get to know better. She only gets to see Kate occassionally, and what she has seen of her, she's sure they could get along.

That said, she'll like Kate even more if she finds out she's a power ranger: she gets along with/is friends with most of them, especially Billy and Jamie.
